Skyrim pc crashes to desktop

ok so before it was playing fine, i got stuck and the scrub i am tab out aka ALT and TAB. I go back to the game and the game has crashed so i close the window reboot the game and start to play for like 5 mins then the game just crashes for no apparent reason

Ps: I dont use mods

hmmm, very strange.... first thing to try would be loading an earlier save and see if that helps. something else to try would be to right click on the game in your steam library, go to "properties" then under "local files" or something, there is an option to verify the integrity of the game files. click on that and let it do its thing, it will replace any corrupted or damaged files.

Crap i was looking in the files and found this

Found it i went into the start up menu options and the advanced and ticked FXAA hope this helps all the other peeps out there

Yeah Skyrim is glitchy when you alt-tab out.
