Hey guys im looking for a good 27inch monitor, which means at least 1080p, I have a gtx 970 and dont mind using dual link dvi. These korean monitors on ebay look quite appealing because of the qhd, overclocking a ips/pls panel. I dont have a prefence between pls and ips so as long as I can get a good one that is affordable. I cannot spend more then $600 CAD after tax, shipping duties, EVERYTHING etc, so I guess my budget would be $200-$500. Preferably cheaper the better. I will use for mild gaming and movie watching, and server stuff in the future for university.
This one looked interesting, seems to be the same panel most of the more popular korean ips monitors are using, and it's only $200 even if it is a refurb, im wondering if I should take the risk?

Thanks for the greats suggestions, I am now seriously considering the benq 27in QHD IPS monitor but I am also debating their 27in AMVA 1080P monitor as it is only going for $200 right now which seems like a steal.
Here's the review of the IPS screen. http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/reviews/benq_gw2765ht.htm
Here's the review of the AMVA monitor. Which seems to have less "lag".

What are your thoughts?
Everything about the the IPS panel looked great except for the " signal processing lag". So I might be doing a bit of research in what that is and will hopefully come to a better understanding and be able to make a better decision.
