Computer crashing(?) while gaming not due to overheating.

So i installed a geforce gtx 750 ti and a CX750M 750 watt psu about a month ago and had no problems till i installed an antivirus called Bullguard. Then while gaming after about 20 mins the game freezes for a split second then my screen will go black and i will have just enough time to tell my friends on skype that its happening and then it shuts off for a sec and then restarts on its own so i uninstalled the anti virus thinking it was the problem but it still does it. ran Skyrim on ultra with Cpuid hwmonitor to see if i overheat nothing went over 44c or 111f so i don't know what to do now
