My mum just bought me this hp laptop yesterday. I dont actually know what the problem is but I downloaded sims 4 and it was stil running when i restarted my laptop. I did it because i was stupid and the sims wont quit. I also put a picture as my desktop background and then i deleted it. I dont know what actually is the cause of the problem. But i can go into safe mode and the 2 other safe mode. I already tried the scanning thingie in the third safe mode (forgot the name) and it didnt work. I also tried to delete my graphics from the device manager but im not actually sure if its the right
one. I also tried removing the batterry but are you supposed to removed it while it is still on or do you shut it down first? (I did it when the laptop is not on) im willing to try anything because i cant tell my mum. Now im sorry if my english upsets you (not my first language ) and im really hoping someone can help me .now if you think im just a spoiled little kid who dont know nothing well im sorry again for offending you.
