Which computer is better for playing minecraft?

Should I get a four year old HP 8200 CMT (MXL1450J1T) with second gen i5 processor and windows 7 pro? I will have to buy a 1 GB video card and install it as well.

The former has great specs but I know the age of hardware plays an important factor so I just have no idea. It might be relevant to note that the first one is half the price of the second because I would get it used. Please offer any relevant details and facts.

I would not buy a dual core CPU in 2015! So from this two I pick first.
