Modular Psu for less than 100€

Hi,
I need a new modular psu that would allowed CrossFire e SLI. I was thinking in getting a XFX Modular 650W XTR or a XFX Modular Pro 750W XXX Edition (i would that this one is semi-modular).
What do you recommned

Semi modular should work the same as modular for your needs. Modular (full) all the cables can be removed. Semi modular, the permanently attached cables are typically all required power cables anyway - cpu 4+4 pin power, atx 20+4 power and sometimes a 6pin pcie power. The rest are modular. Since you'll need the permanent cables anyway it won't make any difference. Xfx are being made by seasonic, should be a good quality power supply.
