Processor: Intel Core i5-4690 up to 3.90GHz (Quad Core)
Mobo: lga1150 Asus H97M-PLUS
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws X 8GB 4gbx2 DDR3 1600 CL7 (F3-12800CL7D-8GBXM)
HDD: Seagate 1TB 7200RPM 64MB, ST1000DM003 (SATA 6 Gb/s)
GPU: Gigabyte GTX 970 4GB 256bit DDR5 (GV-N970G1 GAMING-4GD)
Chassis: Aerocool DS Dead Silence Cube micro-atx, mini-itx(red)
Power Supply: Seasonic S12II 520W 80PLUS Bronze
Monitor: LG 22M35D 21.5 inch LED Monitor
Speaker: Creative SBS A120 2.1 Speaker System

I simply scrapped the idea of overclocking my i5 4690 and decided at going with a SSD as a future upgrade, due to my budget limitations.

My primary concern is, this would be a cube/mATX build and since this is my first build, anything to watch out for? I have a relatively small space to put in my monitor and tower/cube, which why I decided to go with a cube/mATX. Is Aerocool DS a good pick?

Secondly, I am switching from a console (PS3) to gaming PC, how long do you guys think I will be gaming on ultra/high settings with the next gen games? Any estimate on years based on your experience?

Please suggest/criticize!

Solution
Any time mate :D

Anyway i know only 2 MSI Z97 uATX mobos: MSI Z97M Gaming and MSI Z97M-G43. But only MSI Z97M Gaming could SLI. So watch out :)

Good luck!
Great CPU+GPU mate. This is the best decision you would make about your build. I think you will have very good performance for 2 years at least.
You could buy another motherboard for a future SLI. That would give your build a extra mile.

Thanks filippi! I did consider the MSI Z87M because I had it on sale from my local vendor. I had an Asus PC way back and it was solid, reason I picked the ASA H97M Plus. I'll look into this one. Thanks again!
