Hey everyone so i just put my entire build together and ill load some photos later but right now I have my old HDD that was installed on my laptop running windows 7...

in my Bios it shows my Intel SSD but when i try running my flash drive that has my operating system like I run it and want to install it but when i get the option to choose which drive it's only showing me my 1tb hdd not my 120gb ssd i dont know why? well it might be an easy fix but i just dont know it yet...

Ultimately i want to do a clean install on my ssd and run any additional storage on my hdd

if anyone can help me out that be great :)

It's possible your windows installer needs additional drivers to detect your SSD, those drivers should be available in your mobo's website for download. Once you get to the part where you select where to install, there should be an option to use extra drivers to recognize another device, you'll need to have those drivers ready to use in a pendrive (better if you have that pendrive plugged in when you turn the pc on.)
