Best $250 gpu of 2015?

Hi everybody,
I am looking for a 250 dollar gpu. What would be the best for the money? I was thinking about the Sapphire 280x? No higher than 250!

I'd wait for a few weeks. The GTX 960 is coming out tomorrow, the 22nd (last O heard). The entry level card is going to be decent for 1080p, but the 3rd party entries and the "ti" version will be a hell of a deal.

The entry level is going to be $200, while the upper versions will be right around $250.
