BF4 cpu bottleneck?

hey guys,
i know you are all tired of hearing about bottlenecking, but please have a look at this

idk what the is causing this problem im guessing its cpu.

Hey, to clear things out:

What is your graphics settings?

1. Maybe you can give core by core load
2. In death menu i also always get some strange drops, so maybe make 1-2 min FPS logging or is it always 40 fps level?
3. Do you use omega drivers?
4. Have you tried Mantle?
5. Haven't you played with card options? Maybe in afterburner or in drivers some limiting option turning on?
6. Try to disable Afterburner at start up and reset drivers to defaults, there was i thread Afterburner was fcuking things up

hey im running all the latest drivers, i just bought this card yesterday and iam using mantle, there is a very heavy bottleneck going on idk why....... and its not always 40 it goes up to 60's sometimes but mostly its somewhere in the 20 to 50's. i dont know if im providing my computer enough power supply all i have is 600w for an 8 core and a r9 290x, please have a look at my system specs

Power should not be a problem as R9 290X max is 300W (and it is really max, in real life it sould be less) and processor +125 W (max) + lets say 70 for others.. So 500 watts, you hace 600.. And if it was power i believe symptoms would appear like crashing, freezing.. etc..

Have you tried AMD Gaming Evolved to optimize game? Maybe some higher resolution set in game like nvidia does with their DynamicSuperResolution setting 4K virtual resolution and outputting to 1080p to encase details.

And what about Mantle VS DirectX? Have you tried DX?

its good to hear that power is not a issue a big phew...... yeah and i tried dx 11 the performance was worse and i will try to switch back to win 7 and ill see if anything has chanced and it froze on me thrice once while OCing
