I need a good motherboard. I have checked a lot of Z97 boards but I'm still confused to choose one since I saw lot of negative reviews.

Board that will last long, good quality and features, stability. Cause I plan to keep it for 3-4 Years.

If you need more details just tell me. Budget is 120-130$

Pairing it with:
GTX 750ti
i5 4690k with Hyper 212 Evo
Seasonic M12II 620W
Kingston HyperXFury 4GB (2x2gb) 1600Mhz

Among those 3? Which is the best one for you? I really don't know much about ASRock. Are they good?

What about MSI Z97 Gaming 3 , GA-Z97X Gaming 3 , MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition? Are these boards bad?

Motherboards that I mentioned is at same Tier with the boards you mentioned? If so, Which of them is better? MSI Z97 Gaming 5 is a bit expensive.

What makes Z97-A good? I don't see much features on it.
