MOBO BIOS Show me this is running on 1333MHz,,,,,, So my Question is Can i increase My RAM Speed 1333MHz to 1600MHz using BIOS,,,if Yes than How? & this is Safe?,,,,,, Tell me Please ,,,,,,,,,, THANKS

Solution
Dont worry. You can overclock the memory to 1600 Mhz with no problem. All you have to do is enter BIOS-> Memory section> enable XMP profile 1600Mhz. Done

Yes, you can overclock it to 1600 mhz very easily and it is safe. And Bro , your mobo sports memory upto 2400+ mhz by OCing the ram. As you have the dual channel memory mode that doubles the original memory bandwidth, you can overclock it to 2133 mhz or even 2400 mhz increasing the multiplier in bios as the Corsair Vengeance has a good heatsink. ... so you can do so. ...

Thank you!

i5-2500 memory speed is rated up to 1333.

By default, BIOS will run any memory rated faster than 1333 at the lowest speed rating of either the CPU or the motherboard. The motherboard supports much higher memory speed, but the i5-2500 CPU supports only up to 1333. Therefore BIOS will run the faster memory at 1333 to match the CPU speed rating.

To run the memory at higher speeds requires manually overriding BIOS settings as stated in above posts.
