I want to know what stock BIOS version it has (F3, F4,....) to see if the i5 3340 will work for my new build...

The F8 bios version will make it ok. It was released in 2012 so chances are it will work if its a new board and not a board that's been in a shop for 2 years.
Sometimes it will say on the box what version bios it has preinstalled,gigabyte usually have them on a sticker with black writing .
