I removed my GPU last night and I've been running my PC on integrated graphics until the new GPU arrives. Last night, the PC ran fine, but this morning I woke up and the noise from my PC was loud enough that I could hear it in the next room (it was on all night downloading). I noticed the noise was coming from the top fan of my case (it's an Antec One). The noise seemed to go down if I put pressure on the top of the fan, but nothing else alleviated it.
What could the problem be?
