Yes that's more than enough to power a 770. :D

It's not the best power suppy or the worst one , but has plenty of power to run that card.

A GeForce GTX 770 - needs 42 AMPS ON THE 12V + rail and a 600 watt power supply with 2 - 6+2 PCIE power connections.

The Corsair exceeds the requirements.
