I made a post yesterday, but it seemed to mislead some people, so here is the revised one!

I'm trying to build a $400 and maybe even a $430 to play games like Skyrim on Max settings, Battlefield 4 on High (ish), maybe some CoD games, and other RPGs like mount and blade. The problem is that I tried about a year ago to build a PC - but did not have enough time. Now, I'm trying to fit building one of these strong machines into my schedule - but I am unsure about what graphics card and power source I should use. Here are the components I have picked before hand. I appreciate your help and have an awesome day!

P.S. I am not including the price of the OS in this build! But please do suggest one!

AMD Athlon X4 860K Quad-Core 3.7GHz Socket FM2+ 95W Desktop Processor

MSI A78M-E35 FM2+ / FM2 AMD A78 (Bolton D3) HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

Team Elite Plus 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600

EVGA 100-W1-0430-KR 430W ATX12V / EPS12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC EVGA

WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX

Sorry to burst your bubble but you wont be playing anything on max settings with a $430 budget (except for solitaire).

Those subpar parts you have listed will run at least $350 if not $375. That leaves you with less then $100 for a gpu that might be able to play on medium on 720p.

I know the 860k is cheap, but FM2 platform is a bad platform. That 860k is not even as good as an i3 or fx-6300(And when they say quad core they mean 2 physical cores each with 2 logical cores). So you are maxed out at a cpu that is not even equal to the middle of the road for the other cpu lines, thus to upgrade you will need to replace the cpu and the board.
