First of all, I gotta say I can't wait for Windows 10!

Built my PC last September and even then with a fresh copy of windows and drivers there is 1.5GB of ram going into somewhere and the disk being really high with any programs that I run... to opening task manager in 1 minute to boot, to opening chrome or Firefox or internet explorer :(

I've been having serious problems in BF4 too, but I'm feeling like that problem is connected to my paging files and RAM (Paging file was 16GB had problems, dropped it down to 8GB double the sluggishness and slowness)

I have done research over this topic over and over again and I did what they said

  • -Disabled Windows Search, Superfetch, & Background Intelligent Transfer Service
-Ran CCleaner, Malwarebytes Premium, AVAST Internet Security and Windows Defender (Not all at once, used programs individually to make sure nothing got on my PC)
    -Page File is 8192 - 16384
-Fresh Install of Windows 8.1 Pro TWICE

Here is some screen shots

I'm at a point where I wanna throw in the towels and just go to Windows 7... But I just can't I'm done taking days downloading all my games on Steam and such and downloading all my programs... I hope I gave you guys enough information to help...

That 1.5 in use is probably the default needed for the OS/drivers. At 8GB RAM you are at the border of being able to completely disable the page file without missing it so you could try that. You should also go through the list of programs that you have installed since it seems like something could be interfering. I can't detect any real issues looking at your screenshots.... so more RL symptoms would be nice. You should consider checking your HDD for smart errors and scanning it within windows for corruption since your problem followed you through a clean install it has a high chance of being a hardware issue (also a high chance of something you're installing every time...)

I don't know how significant this is but task manager is reporting your ram speed as being 667MHz and if the parts you've listed below your post thing then your ADATA ram should be clocked at 1866MHz I suspect either your BIOS isn't configuring your memory correctly or your memory is faulty. I'm no expert but that seems likes a possible contender.
