asrock bios! help

Hi guys just finished the build today asrock z97 extreme 4 board with i5 4690k and the pc works great except when i try to boot bios, it goes to black screen and curser now i know its meant to be a corrupted bios install but i re updated the bios to 1.50 and it still does it any ideas? also i read that if i unplug the hdmi lead and go vga it works wth?

for anyone looking for the answear i did alot of research before and after this post and found out its to do with hdmi if you go vga or dvi-i to vga it should display im yet to try this as ive ordered my dvi-vga cable converter so ill update this when i try it.

Ok so i purchased a dvi to vga cable and i can now access bios threw it then swap to my hdmi for general use it seems as if the driver or something doesnt fire up when entering, the system however is in bios you just cant see it. so for the fix its vga cable in or now adays dvi to vga cable in and bios just for anyone who needs that info.
