Asus Radeon R7 260x OC FPS Problems

I just bought the graphics card and in games don't run smoothly,and can't play nothing because frame is going like fast,slow,fast,slow and can't play like that,even in low rezolutions happens
what to do? is a bad card?

Specs
PSU-780W
CPU-Intel Xeon 2.8 Quad-Core,8Threads
RAM 8 GB DDR3
Motherboard-Dell OXPDFK

one thing....this is a server pc from Dell...is Dell Precision T3500 just change the PSU
is a problem that is server motherboard?

Can you tell us full name of CPU and your PSU. And in which games you are experiencing FPS issue.

yes i can...CPU Intel Xeon W3530 2.8GHz
PSU -Super Flower Atlas 780W 85+ Bronz
and in every games,World of tanks,Battlefield 3,War Thunder,Sim City....like every game

my previous card was Gainward Geforce GTS 450 512MB and run perfect ,even in overclock

Try to reset BIOS to default setting and when you game set your Power Profile to High Performance maybe that will solve your issue.

have you uninstalled drivers from GTS 450 before installing r7 260x?Try to do clean install.Use this program http://www.wagnardmobile.com/DDU/ddudownload.htm it will take you to safe mode to uninstall and after it is done try newest AMD Omega Driver.Use 1st option in program for uninstall.

i have uninstal all from nvidia before instaling from AMD,and i download the latest driver for my card

i updated the bios,but i run WOT to see how is going...and in 50 fps is laging and for my surprize after a few sec pc shut down instantly...and this is the reason that i change the PSU,i am so disappointed

i will go back to my old good nvidia card...the 260x have enough voltage and still have problems,any ideea?

Your PSU is not the best one,only recommended units from Super Flower are
Super Flower
Golden King series
Golden Silent series 430w
Leadex Gold series
Leadex Platinum series
Super Flower Golden Green / Modular / HX series
maybe that is problem.
If you can return your r7 260x and get GTX 750 Ti it use 2x less power and is rated on 60w TDP while R7 260x is 115W TDP.

but just today bought the PSU and i was to service with the GPU and PC and they recomendet this 780W are not enough? i thing the card is just broken i will trie to return it

GTX 750 Ti here is your safest bet since it can work on 350 W PSU just fine,so try to get that.
