Which Build is better for a $1500 Budget?

I have two builds I have created along with the help of many people of this forum, and I was wondering which build would get me the most for my money. This is for a gaming PC that I was planning to build.

Solution
Build two is the best choice. though the air cooler on the 1st build is a good one. if you don't want water cooling, go with that cooler. CM Hyper 212
