Hi Everyone,

I was hoping you could all help me.

I never had my computer crash for any reason until now and I have the BCP codes that were from the crash that Windows provided me with. I don't know if anyone can help me with this but I just want to know what caused the issue. Unfortunately, I do not have the error codes from the BlueScreen crash as it came and went away in a matter of seconds.

The codes are as follows:

BCCode: 1a
BCP1: 0000000000041287
BCP2: 0000000004660000
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: 0000000000000000
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

Hope this helps! If you need any other information on this, please let me know and I'll do my best to be of help to you. Thanks!

Hey Antandshell,

I'm sorry. Wasn't sure if this could help or not. I was installing a game called "Rocksmith". Before that I did update my display drivers on my GPU.

Anyways, I got the application to load but unfortunately nothing is showing up. Its really weird because Windows popped up those BCP Codes. Not sure why its not there

Hi Brandon,

Your pc may not be configured to save BSOD reports. One of this installs caused your issue. I would remove both the driver and the game. Then do a clean install of the GPU driver. make sure you do not get any more bsod's then try installing the game again.

If you are using Nvidia use this program to perform a clean driver install. Download button on bottom of page...
hope this helps you.

Can you also post your hardware info...

I assume that was why this all happened, however I've done my due dilegence and scanned my PC through multiple anti-virus, and malware programs. I'll go ahead and try the spyware program as well. I also have a PC Tuneup software that I plan to use in ensure that my PC is working as good as it was.

I'll also try to repair the display driver files as well.

What ever you do...do not install Spyware Doctor. The product id listed this program as the possible culprit to your bsod. I was just asking if was ever installed on your pc. The program itself sometimes causes this issue...If you are going to run any other software besides your anti virus make sure it is Malwarebytes free. Let me know if my prior post fixes the issue for you. Good luck my friend.
