Hello everyone.i want to know how can an android device identifies other android devices using same application through connecting by a same wi-fi router?

Wi-fi can go into promiscuous mode and 'listen' for other wireless devices. It can then record the MAC address of these devices. Then by analyzing the MAC's OUI you can tell if it's Android.
