I would go with the A10 if that's in your price range.
I personnaly just built my sons MineCraft machine with the A10-7850K (with R7 GFX), F288X-UP4, 4GB 1600MHZ Ram (Adding 4 more this weekend).
I cranked the Video memory up to 1GB in the Bios and he has not complained once about it. His chunks are around 15-20, FPS hold tight at 25 in crowded area, and 75 in the open playing area. Once I add the other 4GB of ram I can crank the GFX memory upto max at 2GB. He plays battlefield 4 on low to medium settings now with out lag, but lower FPS (25-30).
All of the above for less than $300 after rebates.
