Hi, I've had this issue for a while now. My computer boots, with no beeps, it turns on for a few seconds, everything working except video, and then turns off and then on again and stays on...but still no video. I Know it's not the motherboard, GPU, or Power Supplu because I bought new ones bc I thought they were the problem. Here is my specs:
ASROCK H81M motherboard
Royalqueen Radeon R9 280x GPU
DDR3 Crosair Vengeance 2x8 Ram x2
Antec 750watt gaming series PSU
Intel i5 4670k CPU
SEAGATE 500gb sata harddrive
Raidmax case

Try using the on board video and unplug the video card. - If this works, then try flashing your BIOS to the latest firmware as a lot of motherboards are shipped out with older firmware that doesn't talk too well with some cards.

Also, try removing all your RAM and make sure you get a beep - if you don't get a beep, chances are the CPU is at fault and not making it past it's initial checks.

remove the GPU and look for the problem again what i think its the board because these types of problems mainly caused because of the board if not the PSU.

I removed the ram and turned it on. No beeps. So it's the CPU? Damn. Just bought it a year ago for $250.

mmm, yeah I would suspect so sorry.
One last thing you could try first, if you have another computer or access to another one, you could try flashing the BIOS, and removing the CMOS battery and see if that re-sets it.

But if you're not getting any beeps at all.
Oh, not to state the obvious, do you have the PC speaker plugged in so you would hear the beeps? - I only ask because I was guilty of this once, I hung my head in shame lol.

No speakers but the little motherboard speaker is plugged in lol. And already did CMOS reset.
