I have all the drivers updated, GPU is in perfect conditions, works well with every other game, RAM sticks are fine, so is the HDD, PSU is also fine considering how I tested a GTX 580 3 GB previously on this computer without crashes, what I suspect that might be causing this is my usbnetwork adapter which is a TP Link.
Specs:HD 7950 3 GB
FX 6300 4.0 Ghz
760 GM p23
Corsair Select Value 4 GB DDR3

bugcheck 0x124 WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
parm1 = 0

this is called directly by the CPU (or something directly attached to the CPU)

it is a common overclocking/overheating failure.

normally you would: upgrade BIOS or set it to defaults, remove any overclocking software. including overclock software for A GPU. Check your CPU, powers upply and GPU fans. Then retest for failure.

normally when a USB network adapter is the problem it causes a CPU core to hang and you get a different bugcheck code

sometimes you can get this error because of fluctuations in the power supply, or even caused by a poor power strip.

Also check your power supply connector that goes to the graphics card and make sure they are connected.

(bad connection, will cause the CPU to not get proper power when the graphics card is in 3d mode)

if you have a memory .dmp someone can look at it and use the
!errrec command to dump the reason the CPU called the bugcheck. (most often a error in a cache memory bank in the CPU)
