If you have a great airflow in your case; You should be fine. Atleast for a little overclock.
Around 4000-4300Mhz. But, to be safe, I'd not go over that. (To start out with atleast. However, if you find your temperatures to be very low, you could perhaps go a little higher). I got an i7-4820K running at 4200Mhz with a NH-U12S CPU cooler. Works brilliant.

But remember, it's always your responsibility if you accidentally burn your chip out.
Always remember that overclocking also brings the lifespan down on your CPU.
Be careful :)

Good Luck!
Axel.
