Upgrade Compatibilty Phenom II X6 1090T

I currently have the following computer.

I see the that max TDP is 95W.
The Phenom II X6 1090T is 125W.

Am I correct in seeing that this is not compatible with my system?

The only other chip compatible is the Phenom II X6 1065T but aside from the extra 2 cores it is a step down in speed. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, you are right for that 1090T is not compatible to the your MB, because the MB can only support up to the CPU with 95W TDP, if the cpu has more than that, the MB VRMs section will try to work very hard to power the CPU, and that will cause the VRMs overheat and the PC will shut down. And the 1065T will be fine for your system, it has the 95W TDP.
