How can I obtain my Comcast dynamic WAN IP address from 100 miles away?

Is there any way I can get my Comcast WAN IP (aka "public" IP) sent to me remotely without having a computer/tablet running at its location (e.g. to send timed emails) or using a dynamic DNS service?

Comcast says their techs aren't allowed to give IP info on the phone but I don't understand why, since it's widely tracked info. I would just plan to give them enough account info to verify me.

My purpose is to be able to log onto a simple network security camera if the dynamic IP address changes when I'm miles away. I know I could get someone to log onto my wireless router (as a guest) when I'm gone and tell me the IP but I'd rather not go that route. Just looking for unusual methods.

X-Originating-IP header is not definitive. It can be easily spoofed, or come from a proxy, VPN, or other email server..

They don't have any obvious place to show my IP address if I logon away from home, but somehow it never occurred to me to look on their site.

Since you can pull a WAN IP from X-Originating-IP: in email headers, I don't understand why that info is top secret (if they can positively identify me). Maybe they think they can't. Comcast support is notorious for wild good chases so I never quite know if I'm getting legit advice there.
