Hey guys, I am on the verge of completing an new build that is OC capable after losing my old, old comp to water damage in a house flooding accident. Needless to say, since I haven't had the ability to OC before I have no idea what I am doing.
But here is my build: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/cmckay2014/saved/tprWGX

So, are there any tips or tricks you guys can give a first time OC'er? Any videos you'd recommend watching or articles to read up on that can get me up to speed with basic to slightly advanced OC knowledge?

Thanks!

Nothing that would fit in the space of a forum discussion. But there are scads of online OC articles.
Examples:

OC in BIOS. Start by turning off Turbo and increasing the CPU clock multiplier one click at a time. Save and exit. Test for stability and temps. If all is good repeat. The first thing you want to do is see how far you can get just with the unlocked multiplier.
