Hello guys! I want to know something, can I run a R9 280X, which need 6-Pin / 8-Pin, on my power supply Fortron Blue Storm II 500W, which have 1 x Main connector (20+4Pin), 1 x 12V(P4), 6 x peripheral, 4 x SATA, 2 x Floppy, 2 x PCI-E. Thanks in advance!

No, I wouldn't; it's low on amps and watts and a pretty out-dated design

Look for a decent 600W unit like a Seasonic S12ii 620W or Antec HCG 620W. Minimum I'd use is an EVGA 600B but it's not as well made as the other units. Rosewill Capstones often have good rebates and are well made. An XFX 650W is another good choice as it's made by Seasonic/

that power supply is pretty much junk and needs to be replaced for such a high power card. it offers the power of a 375w psu and not a 500w psu. here are a few good options that will run the card fine

the power supply is the heart of the system and should not be skimped on. these 4 are quality psu's and the cheapest ones i see that meet you're power needs for a good price.
