No Audio in Windows 8.1 Pro (Custom Build) HELP!!!!

i finished my PC, but now I realize there's no sound. I installed all the Realtek drivers, but I still have no sound. Please help!

Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Fatal1ty Killer
CPU: Intel i7-4790S
GPU: R9 270X

(I'm on the go so I havta do this fast)

Usually it's one of two things or both, the drivers or the settings in windows.
If your drivers are indeed ok and installed then check that the settings in windows output the sound to the correct place.
Control panel -> sound -> playback, check that the correct device is the default device.

Also please try connecting your headphones or speakers to the correct connector directly on your motherboard in case there is something wrong with the front panel connector.

ok so the device is working, but i get no sound. Which port do I use from the Motherboard?

It's usually the light green colored one so like middle one on the right, of the 6 audio connectors in the back.
