i need a bios update, i think but dont know where to go for it?

my mobo is em61sm/em61pm, my cpu is amd athlon x2 4400+. where would i go to update these two? been looking for days and can't find anything please help

DO NOT update BIOS unless local acer tech guys tell you its safe for your system. BIOS updates can be tricky and completely mess up your computer. Usualy the best version for your mobo is the one that is already present
