gtx 670 vs 960. Which has more power?

We have not seen full benchmarks yet, but I think it's safe to presume the 960 will be better than the 670, considering the 670 is 2 generations back. It'll also use a lot less power, I think 110W.

in general they seems about equal. with 960 consume a bit less power.
