I have a Dell Studio XPS 9100 (Mid 2010) desktop system. I primarily use this PC for gaming.

My basic problem is the temps in this PC get too high. When gaming the pc internal temp, CPU, and GPU can reach up 83 degrees Celsius. From what I read over heating is a common problem with this PC. I believe the case just isn't built well and I desire to replace it. I believe the way the case is designed impedes airflow.

I was going to upgrade the CPU fan and case fans with the...

Noctua NH-U14S CPU Cooler,
Noctua NF-F12 PWM case Cooling Fan,
Noctua NF-A9x14 92 x 14 mm

...but it turns out the CPU fan I purchased doesn't fit the case. Instead of replacing the CPU fan I think it'd be better to replace the entire case if that's possible.

I've gathered some info from this and other website, forum threads etc. I know the Studio XPS 9100 uses an Intel X58 Chipset.

I also need to be able to fit a
Noctua NH-U14S CPU Cooler,
Noctua NF-F12 PWM case Cooling Fan,
Noctua NF-A9x14 92 x 14 mm
EVGA GEFORCE GTX 770 FTW 4GB 04G-P4-3776-KR gpu,
Corsair 16GB (2x 8GB) Memory Kit DDR3-1600 MHz PC3-12800 1.5V CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10,

I'd also like to use the OEM Dell PSU if thats possible.

OEM Dell Studio XPS 9100 Desktop 525W Power Supply H525AF-01 D525A002L V4NC2

I already spent alot, so I wish to purchase a budget case is possible.

Solution
No wonder its overheating if you stuck a 770 in there.

Far as I can tell all the Dell components are ATX standard, so you should be able to move it over to pretty much whatever case you want that's at least ATX or larger size. The Coolermaster N400 should do fine.
