AMD FX8350 Upgrade help

So I'm thinking of upgrading to the 8350. I have the Sabertooth 990FX 1.0 motherboard, and I was wondering if the new CPU is compatible with my mobo? I have the lasted 1604 bios. I have heard that their have been some issues with this motherboard seeing how it's not rev 2.0

Your motherboard is compatible with the FX8350 chip, and I have pasted in the link above. The 1604 bios is the latest, and supports that chip.
