I have an asus laptop with preinstalled windows 8 on it. Few months ago it updated to windows 8.1, and now basically windows 8.1 doesen`t recognize the factory reset image. I`ve been searchin and others have the same problem was wondering if any1 has a solution for this since other installed windows 7 or other fresh copys.
