Can you suggest some good 19/17/16/15 or even 14 inc monitor for my future Rig. I need smaller monitor to fit on my desk and small room. and I don't like bigger monitor anyway even though I have big room :D
I'm comfortable with 1280x1024 or 13xx x xxx resolution hehe

No monitor will be "bad" for your system, it will just affect how much your experience with using it. And while 17" monitors were the mainsteam standard at one point, they were in a square ratio which changes things a bit. Even then it's a bit small...

You are exaggerating the situation. Don't forget 17 inch monitors were the mainstream up until 2006 even among gamers. Then 19/20 inch became popular until 2009 when 22 and 24 inch monitors took over. 19/20 inch still sells the most and is certainly a decent size i can tell since i use it(Dell E2014H). Just make sure not to get 1366*768 as its very outdated minimum recommended is 1600*900.

Hmm so what happened if I used 1366x768 monitor bro? I mean, is it bad for my rig ?

Even then it's a bit small especially since the cost dfference between a 17 and a 19 or 20" monitor is very little. If you can fit it on the desk, a 19" should be the minium I think.
