Resolution problem with dual monitors

GTX 980, newest drivers. It worked just fine with the VG24 and a generic AOC monitor 60hz via hdmi.

Yes, they're both recognized, but sometimes to the 24 takes over and black screens the 27. I can only get back to it by pulling the DP from the 24. Device Manager isn't flagging them and trying to update the software it just says they're up to date. It still shows both of them as Generic even when the 27 is blacked out.

It shouldn't say "Generic PnP Monitor", have you installed monitors drivers? It should say "whatever 27 monitor" and "whatev 24 monitor".

Alright, I gave up trying to use Displayport. I just used HDMI and made a custom resolution to 1080 @ 120hz.
