I don't know what too buy, I'll be playing DayZ, Battlefield Hardline, The Witcher 3. My gpu is a Asus GTX 760

If your main focus is gaming, the 4690 is less expensive and more than capable. You won't notice much if any difference with the i7 for gaming so it's not worth the higher price in this case.
