Hello,
so i would need help with xmp profiles. My ram speed is 2400mhz and in the bios it shows it as 1333mhz. So i enabled xmp profile1 and it is 2400mhz. And everything used to work fine. But like after 2weeks it started to say ram overclocking failed and computer wouldn`t boot. So then i took it away and have been using my ram in 1333mhz for a while. I am not totally sure but this problem might have occured after i did a bios update but it might have even be before the bios update. I cant properly remember was it before or after the update. Now it would be great if somebody could say what i should do. Do i have to manually enter my ram speeds or should i try xmp again. I would greatly appreciate for help. Sorry if my english is bad i am not a native english speaker. Thank you in advance.

2X Kingston HyperX Predator 8 GB (2 x 4 GB) 2400 MHz DDR3 CL11, i have 16gb in total

And if these parts would help:
INTEL Core i7 3820 3,6 GHz
Asus P9X79

@Tradesman1. No i have never been OCed. But maybe i just leave my ram at that 1333mhz speed :D. Because i don`t know what VCCSA voltage is and i am a bit noob in bios stuff so i am afraid that i fry my ram or something. But thanks though :)

@Tradesman1 So I enabled xmp profile1 in bios again and my ram is at 2400 and everything seems to be working fine. The problem might have been that some bios setting was changed by accident or something :D. Now that my ram is at 2400 the score rose from 7.7 to 7.9 in windows experience index!.
