Is 600w cooler master thunder psu enough for my pc?

My pc specs r -
8gb ram ddr3
I3 intel 3.10ghz processor
Ati randeon r9 270x 2gb graphics card
1tb internal hardisk
500gb external hardish

but i dont know y ... my pc is getting restarted again and again without any error message ........ it gets restarted abruptly...
sometimes it gets restarted 10 time in 2 hours or sometimes 3 times in whole day... !! i have this problem for nearly a month now ...!!

i am not really into computers like this but my guess would be the psu, what is your current PSU anyway?

600w will be plenty for your built. ... but the main thing is that the Cooler master thunder series uses poor capacitors and transformer as it is not good for any pc. ... do you overclocking your cpu or gpu?

Then You have to change your PSU to Seasonic or evga as they have great capacitors and transformer which is great for gaming and overclocking. ...
