Can't Get new Video card to work need help

I have got ASUS GEFORCE GTX 750Ti OC Edition as recommended by this forum, but i can't get it to work it keeps moving my screens around and keeps crashing

PC specs are

If you still havent gotten it working youll have to grab a different gpu and see if that may be the problem.. I ran to bestbuy about an hr ago and that was the problem then returned it lol. But the only thing with my was it would restart after the windows logo. If you have integrated graphics give that a shot before making a run to the store
