Not really...as you say comparing them is difficult.
But you are comparing relatively low-power APU graphics cores to a dedicated discrete card with its own cooling. If I recall correctly the PS4 and XBone GCN cores are roughly equivalent to an HD7870 at a reduced clock.
GTX760 and HD7870 are just about interchangeable from a performance perspective, so that would put the GTX760 ahead.
CPU wise, the i7-4770 absolutely destroys the Jaguar APU in single threaded performance, and can process 8 simultaneous threads. The Jaguar core really only uses 7, the 8th is a spare to promote longevity, just as Sony did with their Cell processor.
16GB of RAM paired with 2GB of dedicated video memory certainly beats out 8GB of shared memory, no matter the bandwidth it has. And that 2GB is GDDR5.
XBone uses DDR3, but also uses a very large cache memory (the fastest memory) to make up for its lack of GDDR5. Though they didn't quite succeed in this. And the Xbox is clocked a little slower then the PS4.
