NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M Error Code 43 (not working)

So a few weeks ago I noticed that some y games were laaging and checked to see if mi GPU was working and it had a yellow triangle with code 43. So I uninstalled the drivers from device manager and it resolved for a while. Reading on the forums across the web I found out that maybe it was the bios since I had recently upgraded it, so I downgraded but still have the same problem. And after I install the nvidia drivers the nvidia control panel does not open but the process is present in task manager. Please help, is my card or motherboard dead?

Laptop Model: Lenovo ideapad z580
Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 630M
OS:Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 (dual boot)
BIOS: 5FCN35WW

Next i would suggest to download Display Driver Uninstaller, boot into safe mode, do a full video driver clean, then re-download and install the latest Nvidia driver.

Full instructions in that link.
As an extra step you can disconnect from internet to ensure windows doesnt auto-install a driver.

thanks leigh76 but i have done everything on in that article even did a clean format of my hdd. I even upgraded the bios according to lenovo support do not know if thereis another bios update and how to find it

used DDU but did not work either. However I read on a Lenovo forum about the bios upgrade being the issue so I downgraded it still nothing then I upgraded again and like a miracle the problem went away. My new new problem is my nVidia kernel driver crashes whenever I want to run an application that uses the GPU and I can not open the nvidia powermizer in the control panel to change it to high perfomance
