NVIDIA 560 GTX Ti not displaying anything on monitor.

I don't see why it isn't displaying anything. I use a VGA monitor (I use the VGA-to-DVI adapter), drivers are up to date, CMOS battery, everything else is also checked. Currently using MOBO VGA output for the display.

I have tested an another VGA-to-DVI adapter, HDMI, another monitor, but not an another slot, as I do not have the possibilty. (I only have PCI-E and PCI).

I've tried re-seating the video card, doing RAM re-seating, and re-plugged all cables possible. Still no output...

Ah, not to forget. It all happened when I was playing Counter-Strike: Source (bought in Steam) and apparently when playing de_cbble (I think?) and it somewhat froze (sound froze playing in 1 spot), and displayed black screen with some sort of white lines in the bottom of display. (also note, display is 1240x1080 [please correct if wrong])

I leave my case open because some games are a bit more excessive and then GPU heats up, and somewhat just shuts down my PC. But no, I did not cause any short circuit, was not even touching it. (It shouldn't even be possible? There should be somewhat defense-lines).

Any explanations? (You can ask more detailed questions if I missed anything.)

Ah, motherboard is ASUS, processor is AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 3.00 GHz, 64 bit OS. Drivers also are updated. RAM itself is 4.00 GB, usable 3.75 GB.

EDIT:
I've also found a same topic nearby to this: http://, seems to be somewhat the same problem.

My monitor also displays No Signal when I hook it up with the output.

Solution
sounds to me that the card got burned... got another graphics card to try? if that one works, it's definitely the card. sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

But Counter-Strike: Source was running fine, and I had nothing else GPU excessive running. How can it burn out now?

I went in BIOS, and I think I saw something under Power, the 3.3V Voltage being low.

Is it bad? May that be the cause? What do I need to do to increase it?

It's 2.948V, is it bad? Could that be the case of my GPU not booting up?
The computer in the basement has a PSU, but it doesn't have enough power (330W), my current is Corsair CX500, wich has 500W

GPU died .-. Tried an another GPU (really old, worse than my MOBO integrated graphics.)
