I have just made a new pc build but didnt know that i had a faulty psu so i have to change.i am thinking of buying the Corsair CX500 - 80 Plus Bronze 500W cause of cheaper and more reliable then other products i viewed. My build is:

motherboard : asus m5a97 r2.0
ram : kingston hyperx fury 8gb(2x4gb)
cpu : amd fx-8350
gpu : pny gtx 660
and 2 hdds.

I don't have any plans oc'ing in the future but i am going to run in a 2 monitor system(dunno if it matters) and thinking of putting one more hdd. Thanks in advance

You should be fine with 500w if you are using a single GPU. There are some wattage calculators out there, you can always double check there ;)

I always recommend getting higher power on your PSU to get a smoother and silent lifespan. Try never to exceed 75%-85% of your PSU capacity (even if your psu can handle it).
