Well what I have thought is this:
- Board MSI GAMING AC Z87I
- Intel Core i5-4690K
- Kingston HyperX FURY 8GB Kit (2x4GB) 1600MHz DDR3
- EVGA SuperNOVA 650G1 650W ATX12V Power Supply
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD SATA 6Gb / s
- Corsair Hydro Series Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler H100i
- Sapphire Radeon Video Card 280x R9
- Kingston Digital 120GB SSDNow

Welcome any help change parts, my budget is around US1000.
Use will be for gaming and normal tasks

Thanks

Thanks,
a question is better to buy 2x4GB memory skill g or 1x8gb ?? latencies are lower in 4 but allows me to place another later and costs $ 7 less than 1x8gb.

Another question is you think that the corsair h100 is necessary or can I go with something more economical in that regard.

The motherboard the change, the better the asrock the msi? ..

Question 1: My fault I forgot this was mini itx. I'll re edit the build, most cases I recommend dual channel, but with only 2 ram slots, you can add another 8 gig stick ram later and double it.

2. The h100i is overkill, but it will fit in the case I had in the build, and it will overclock the i5 with super cool temperatures, so I would recommend to keep it.

3. I changed the motherboard to the asrock because it is a z97 motherboard, which is the newest generation and will support all new cpu's for the next couple years, and will overclock the i5.

thank you very much for your recommendation

Good one last question, I want to run games pretty picky and look great, you think that this r9 280x is enough?
How long would last me the card in the new games that have not come

Antec is a very reliable brand for power supplies, and if you can dish out 100 more dollars, get the 970.

okk, well thought of buying this pc because I want something smaller and lighter to my apartment.

right now I have a PC made by me, having
i5 2500k
gigabyte motherboard ga Z77X UD5H
16gb corsair vengeance
power supply corsair tx850
gigabyte gtx 660ti oc
XSPC Raystorm 750 liquid cooling
pump koolance

The question is whether I'm putting together new mini itx be better than this that I have now. I would sell for $ 1000 and it would buy another.

do you recommend ??

Yeah that would be best. Other than that any other questions?

Regarding the bottleneck, have no worries. Nothing in this build will bottleneck.
