Hi, will the the Phanteks ph-tc14pe fit into my Thermaltake Chaser A-31 Case?

By comparing the heat sink with the case I would see no problem in it but we also need to know what motherboard you will be using to see if there would be a problem with the heat sink possibly hanging over a memory bank

Depending on the space between the fan and the back heatsink , other than that it should be ok.

Won't fit.

CPU cooler height limitation: 160mm

Heatsink height with fans 171mm
