new build, random freezes or BSOD

Prices finally came down a bit so I bit the dust and bought everything I needed for the new build. Here's what I ended up with....

Cooler Master HAF-XB EVO case
Asus A88X-PRO motherboard
AMD Kaveri A10-7850 CPU
Enermax ETS-T40-TB CPU Cooler
Gskill 16gb memory (2x 8gb)
Samsung 850 Pro 512gb SSD

Everything was going pretty well until I started getting random freezes. Sometimes it just freezes and sometimes I get a BSOD. This morning I was doing some windows updates and I gently set the top back on the case and it froze up. I can recreate the freeze or BSOD every time I just barely bump the case. There doesn't appear to be any static discharges.

Loose connection?
CPU cooler is flexing the CPU or motherboard just enough to cause it to choke?
Maybe a grounding problem with the case?

I reseated all power/fan connectors, memory, SSD and front panel connectors. So far so good.
Weird stuff. I could just tap on the front of the case and it would freeze.

Well, I started over and reinstalled Windows 7 64 bit, installed the chipset/ethernet/audio drivers from the Asus CD, downloaded and installed Avast free AV. All was looking good until I put the top panel back on the case and WHAM......it freezes.

It has got to be something with this case. I'm pretty sure there isn't any intrusion detection. I have the HD audio and the USB 3 front panel connectors disconnected.

Yes I checked all of those things. I took everything out of the case Saturday and ran it for a while on the table. I took off the CPU cooler and reseated the CPU and didn't see any obvious reasons for the freezes. After I reinstalled windows it was running fine. I guess with all the freezes and updating the BIOS it corrupted the SSD and that may be why it was just giving me a blinking cursor. I put everything back in the case Saturday night and all is well. I guess I'll never know what was causing the freezing but at least it's fixed....for now.

Many thanks to all who helped!!!!

Unfortunately it is doing it again. I tapped around on it last night to see if I could get it to freeze and it didn't, until I tapped a little harder. I tapped on the top front of the plastic bezel just above the fan grill and it froze up. When I say hard I mean just a quick tap like you might do knocking on someones door but not real hard. I'm convinced it has something to do with the electronics in the front panel of the case. I'm going to take off the front panel and see if I can see anything obvious. I am considering buying a different case just to see if it can be repeated. I like the HAF but this is ridiculous.
