I reciently got Unity. It was great. i was running all maxed out except AA which was at FXAA. I was getting stable 60 fps with Vsync enabled and sometimes under heavy scenes or crowded areas it dropped to like 55 or something. Now after installing the latest Nvidia driver that poped up as available i first of all had installing issues. When it was installing my screen went black and usually it goes back to normal but it stayed black. So i waited for a minute or two and then turned off my PC as the same thing had happened once before. Then my PC turned on and it was lowered resolution. I knew it was because i didnt correctly install driver. So i did so, i installed the driver. Now i tried running AC:unity and i got rarely ever above 60fps. In crowded areas its 50 55 and drops down to 45. I tried Nvidia optimisation and i even downloaded the driver from Nvidias website and it installed and i restarted my PC but still no FPS increase.

Not entirely sure what to do.

I dont really know what is the fault. I already downloaded and the latest driver after i had the problem and ran the installation thingy. I think when Nvidia installs drivers they also uninstall them before installing new one throught the driver installation.

I am not big fan of messing with safe modes and stuff
